Our client relationships begin with an initial consultation where we listen to your hopes for the garden, establish goals for the project, and discuss a plan for the growing season. We gather information, observe growing conditions, and take measurements for the design. If you have a specific idea of plants you would like to include in your garden (natives, herbs, veggie garden, etc.) this is the perfect time to discuss it so we can include this in your design. We will review the design fee and give you an estimate for the project.
Based on goals discussed in the initial consultation, as well as the measurements and observations we made, we design a custom plan for you, selecting plants and their placement based on you and your garden’s individual needs.
Watch your garden come to life through the installation process. Whether building out a custom design or replanting an existing garden, we plant your garden with the knowledge and care it takes to ensure happy plants for seasons to come.
We offer maintenance schedules ranging from once-a-week to a few times per season. Maintenance includes weeding and dead heading, with additional services available upon request, and all debris is removed from your property. Like every part of our process this schedule is based on your needs, though most gardens require some love once or twice a month.
Pruning of small trees and shrubs should be done for a variety of reasons, be it aesthetic or for the health of the plant. Our expert pruning service balances aesthetic considerations with the knowledge required to promote future health of the plant.
Our planters bring beauty to spaces beyond traditional gardens such as window boxes and porches. Our custom designed plantings offer a burst of color to such spaces, as well as variety with our seasonal arrangements. Planters are an especially popular option for homes and businesses with limited growing space.
Spring and Fall cleanups ready your garden for the growing and dormant seasons. While Spring and Fall cleanups differ slightly in specific services, each are designed to provide ideal conditions for you garden beds in the season ahead.
